I'm brand new to all this and I am excited! I am hoping this site is just the support I need.
I have been overweight my entire life. And I am 29 years old and the big 30 is approaching in february. I would like to for once in my life be happy with the way I look.
So I am eating healthy, exercising and in the right frame of mind to make a life choice here.
I'm done being fat! I was 289 when I started and I am down to 274!!! My goal is to see what I look like at 180. And go from there!!!.This is the first time anyone has ever known my wiehgt other then my mother lol
I want to be in shape and healthy. I am going to set up an appointment with a personal trainer this week so I can get the workout I exactly need.
I love going to the gym I am really hooked on it. Eating healthy is hard sometimes. So every once in awhile I will allow myself to have a lil something extra. I mean I think that is ok right?
If anyone has any tips or advice please let me know and I look forward to some new friendships on here

Welcome! We appear to be starting at almost the same weight and trying to get to the same weight so maybe we can be weight loss buddies and kick each other in the @ss!!
