Summer is here!
My youngest of three children just turned 8 months, and my next oldest just turned 2. Just before getting pregnant with the youngest, I did MF for about 6 weeks. Lost almost 20 pounds. Then, became pregnant and had "morning sickness" issues with using the food, etc... while not feeling well.
After this last baby, I did WW for a couple of months and lost 7 pounds. Then, saw a Naturopath who put me on a weird eating regimen and I lost NOTHING. Then, went back to my old standby-Atkins and lost 12. I have a friend who has become a health coach in the past 6 months or so and I decided I'd wade back into Medifast territory!
I ordered Tuesday and hope to get it soon. My ULTIMATE goal would be to get to 145. I would be thrilled. But, I'd be content with 160 or 165 and very happy with 150 or 155. We'll see how things go. I like to follow all of the rules and hope that I can be successful again-hopefully, even more so than last time!
Just going to read through some things on here and see if I can look at some pics. That always gets me motivated. Good luck to all!
