Hi Everybody! So this is officially the first time I have ever posted anything on a board. I am usually the one who reads the boards but never has the nerve to post anything.I have a friend that said it would help a lot (she is very into blogs and boards) so I decided to give it a try! It can't hurt After a very tough year and gaining back 60 lbs that I tried so hard to loose last year I have decided that I am ready to start over...
I'm a newbie too...just logged on today. I can say that reading some of the posters success stories makes me realize I am not alone. Also, the exercise accountability threads are intimidating..which is good. Feel like i'll get a bad grade if I dont exercise tomorrow!! lol.
