Belinda, you are ahead of me by 3 weeks and 12 pounds. How are you doing it? Are you journalling all your food? Following any particular food plan? I am also looking to lose about 100 pounds, so let's do it together!
I have a blog where I journal daily what I eat and how much I exercise. I joined a gym and have been going 3 times a week. This week I was going to start going 4 times a week but I have been sidetracked by a upper respiratory infection and a bacterial infection in my left ear and both eyes. Needless to say I am miserable! I am hoping to get back on track by next week. Would love to be your weight loss buddy =-)
