Belinda, you are ahead of me by 3 weeks and 12 pounds. How are you doing it? Are you journalling all your food? Following any particular food plan? I am also looking to lose about 100 pounds, so let's do it together!

Hi Julie,

I have a blog where I journal daily what I eat and how much I exercise. I joined a gym and have been going 3 times a week. This week I was going to start going 4 times a week but I have been sidetracked by a upper respiratory infection and a bacterial infection in my left ear and both eyes. Needless to say I am miserable! I am hoping to get back on track by next week. Would love to be your weight loss buddy =-)

Well I'm back! I fell off the wagon, lost my job, broke a toe and have learned who my friends are!

I am completely unmotivated and not looking forward to trying to find a new job!

If it wasn't for my wonderful husband I would have probably slit my wrists!
