Default Returning Newbie!!!


Hello! I am back!!! I had tried to be a faithful weight reduction person and failed!

But after seeing my actual lab work and meeting with a Doctor going through the same things that I am in my body. It is now time to change. I almost see it as the new me. There is no other option and I will succeed!!!!

So, with that said, I am looking forward to all of your support and knowledge. I also want to add that I am a great cheerleader myself!!!

My plan of action is simple. High protein and low carbohydrate. Sort of the Atkins plan with medical management.

My day of reckoning was Monday August 17th. Starting weight 278 as of this morning I was at 264.6!!!! It feels great!

Thanks Onederchic! It really does feel right this time. I got through the low carb "Flu" that was rough! I am also doing a homeopathic detox. Quite amazing actually. Thanks for your support!!!
