Hi Everyone!
My name is Katie and I'm twentyone. I've always been at the high end of average or a couple pounds overweight for most of my life but here recently I think its getting pretty out of control. I'm about fifty pounds overweight, and would for once like to try and lose in a healthy way and really keep it off. I've read numerous articles that say it really helps to get support from others, and everyone on here seems so supportive so I figured I'd give it a try.
Basically for about the next couple of weeks I'm going to try and make better choices and then once I get more money about mid-September I plan on going out and stocking up on healthy foods to start calorie counting. I haven't excersised in awhile so I think i'm going to try and start with the walk away the pounds dvd's and go from there.
