Noob here. Say hi!
Hello everyone. This is my first post around here. I want to introduce my weight loss story. I'm want to lose weight and thought that if I found a support group it would make the whole process more bearable and maybe even fun. My current weight is 184 and I started out at 204 and have lost the weight just by watching what I eat. It has been 2 1/2 months or so since I began this weight loss journey and I'm ready to start exercising. Ultimate weight loss goal is 120ish/130ish I'll see when I get there, but for now my mini-goal is 175 by my bffs wedding in September. I hope to find inspiration and motivation from all of you.
