I spent a number of years being overweight and not being all that concerned about it, or I may have been ignoring it.

But it's now impacting my health and it's time to deal with it.
I'm familiar with nutrition in regards to maintaining a healthy level of cholesterol, but I've backslid the past few years and it's gone up again. Now I have to make a concerted effort to add exercise to my lifestyle.
I'm 5' 3" and 233 pounds. My GP claims I should be about 150. Well, I'm not going to focus on the number itself, but I do need to lose a considerable amount to be healthier.
I'm sure I'm going to find a lot of information!
