Hi there everyone. I was doing some research online in an effort to find support in my journey to get healthier, and I came across the forums here. I have struggled with weight issues all my life, and I am at the point in my life that I am ready to make the changes necessary to facilitate this. I am at 326 pounds (as of this morning), down from 331. I am glad to be here.
