Cool *Shuffles foot in the sand*

Hiya! My name is Ryan (RyRy). Yes I am a female I was recommended here by a friend on another forum I belong too.

I'm a single mother to a 3yr old little boy.

I've pretty much been over-weight all my life. So right now I'm struggling big time. And def' need to make changes. I'm scared. I feel helpless. And over all I felt/feel alone. I don't know what to do anymore. Some mornings I don't want to get out of bed.

I look forward to getting to know you all!

Hugs to you My Dear. I am glad you have found us.

All I can tell you is that we can identify with your feelings. What I can tell you from my own experience is this. If you want to change the result, then change the process. In other words, if you aren't happy with the way things are, change them! Don't wait!

Ask yourself, What are you REALLY hungry for? Is it companionship? Is it validity? Is it acceptance? Find ways to give those things to YOURSELF. It isn't in the food. It IS in YOU!
