Hi,
I have never ever posted a blog or joined a group to talk about my weight before. I finally decided that I was going to go on a "journey" to find the skinny girl that is supposed to be inside this fat outer shell. I hope to meet friends that can inspire and teach and encourage me to break past the excuses, the FEARS, and the complacency. I am so tired of myself and what I am that I know I need to change because I am not living up to MY expectations.

I've found 3FC really helpful over the past 2 weeks and I think you'll love it, it's a great place to ask questions, moan or show off how happy and proud you are... not forgetting how great it is for getting inspiration and motivation from other members!
