Hi! Stumbled across this site and so glad I did! Looking for encouragement and looking to give encouragement throughout this journey! I have set a goal of losing 60 pounds and running a marathon for my 40th birthday (well, perhaps THAT year) and hope to stay motivated! It seems like a lot so I am trying to focus on the smaller goals...one step at a time!
