Allison,
I just read a post from someone who was successful and she talked about learning to like to exercise, learning to like vegetables, learning to do all these things and learning to like it. I hate to exercise, and would rather eat junk food and drink wine, but I think there's value in what she said.
Don't you think it's possible you can, with time and practice, make progress?
I am alot like you I love junk food and hate veggies. After gaining 65 lbs in less than a year I made the choice to loss weight, I can up with my own diet plan/ life style change. I made up rules like if I want to eat McDonalds I have to eat it before 7am and work at least a 10 hour shift at work(thats what I get for eating something so bad). If I watch tv I have to work out 1st. Three times a week i have to do something active(swim, yard work, house work, go to the park and walk) on top of my normal work out. I bought my fitness coach I pushes me to work out. My rules won't work for you. You know your self better than anyone you know what your doing wrong. Make your own rules and follow them!!
