new here
Hi!
I'm new here, but not to dieting! (like most of us!) I'm a SAHM of 4 kiddos ages 8, 7, 5, and 4 at the end of the month. I've started and stopped trying to lose weight a lot. My latest session was a church program (First Place) which is good, but I only lost 16 lbs. in 7 mos. My body just wouldn't give up the weight so I got frustrated and quit. (I was exercising pretty intensely every day and really watching what I ate only to lose 1/2 lb. per week if I was lucky). I found out in July that I need to be on a gluten free diet and I am feeling a ton better. I'm finally feeling like I have the energy to pursue my weight loss again. I'm hoping my body will be willing to give it up as well! I have about 50 or so lbs. to lose. My sis has been on Slim4Life since March and has lost all but 10 lbs. of her weight. I'm hoping to cc and start exercising again, but not like a banchee... right now I'd be happy just to get more movement in every day.
