Hello Ladys I am so pleased to have found this site. This might be what I have been waiting for! I am 19 from the central valley. I have pretty much been the chubby kid my whole life. I want to make a change before i start my life. I recently got married(december) and when i did i was 189 my lowest weight ever and i just keep gaining so my husband and i are trying to loose something. he has his small goals but i want at least 50 off of this small person inside. I have been Vegetarian for 4 years and the finally went vegan about a year and a half ago it was going great. Once i was married it all the progress went out the window. anyways thanks so much for being here to support everyone!

Hi! I am also new here and wanted to ask you how hard it was when you first switched to a vegetarian diet. I just started my diet about 10 weeks ago and have lost about 25lbs so far. When starting this diet I gave up all pork and my main goal is to be absolutely meat free. I was hoping you might have some good advice for someone wanting to make the switch! Thanks so much and good luck with your weight loss goals!

hi there! it wasn't hard when I first made the switch but it was extremely difficult to end all the dairy but I did it. afteuer about a year and a half I started sati g dairy again but it wasn't a good choice so I cut the dairy one again this time it was very easy.anything u want to know Just email me on here and I'll answer best I can

mrs vegan we should be friends. I have been vegetarian for about 8 mos, and have been on and off vegan through out that time. I really want to be vegan i def need some support though.
