Just saying hello
I just wanted to do a quick intro and say hello.
I'm 27, married and have 2 step-kids. I've struggled with my weight my whole life and have managed to balloon to my highest weight ever. I blame it on the happy marriage thing.
Anyway, I hope to meet my goal of losing 55 pounds before my 10 year reunion next spring. My mini goal is to lose 10 pounds over the next month. I've tried WW, crash diets, low carb, all carb, personal training, etc etc. I lose a little and then gain it all back shortly.
I'm hoping I can find tips for motivation here and a little extra nudging from people. My DH is supportive, but not actively supportive. He'll say he wants to work out with me, but then never does.
So I thank you all in advance for kicking me in the butt and getting me going.
