Default Im new and looking for inspiration

So heres my story, im 27 yrs old, married and a mother of two boys ages 7 and 21 months. I started gaining weight with my first son. I was 150 when i got pregnant and 210 when i had him, i lost most of the weight within the first year but gradually gained it all back plus some when i went on an antidepressent ( celexa ). I am now at 244lbs and my health has suffered. Looking for any advice, encouragment or friendship. Thanks.

Hi there, I am new too (like late last night new, lol) and have already found wonderful inspiration and support, I think you will as well.

I've decided to try and set a few mini goals. My first goal is to get down to the 265 lb mark, 27 lb loss. It seems so overwhelming when I look at it on the whole, I need to lose over 100 lbs, so I think mini goals seem more doable, if that makes sense.

It's great to "meet" you here, keep us updated on your progress.
