Oh my, thank you so much for posting what you did - because I have exactly the same (only when I posted my intro thread I was too nervous to be so brave and actually say it all...) thing. I despise what I see in the mirror each day, and that I've been overweight for so long depresses me.
Thank you for being here. It's so good to know I'm not the only one, even though I already know that from other threads around. Don't get discouraged, look around and skim through some threads. I've not been here long myself but I really get the impression that people here really do know and understand what it's like.
