I have been on a diet/fitness mission since January. Okay, so the fitness mission really didn't start until May or so. But I have come pretty close to my original goal, which was to lose 38 pounds. I've lost 28 (now 26 pounds). I am worried I am on the trail back to weight gain, since I've felt myself falling into my old habits for the past week. I want to stop and get back on track. I've gone through two rounds of my diet since the start of the year: The first was a low-calorie, low-carb diet during the week, where I would take weekends off and exercise minimally. The second was WW. I was doing this with my friends. We would have meetings on our own in addition to our weekly meetings at our respective WW locations. It was very motivating, but that has sort of fallen away, and I have not been really writing things down or really watching what I eat. The few friends who are still doing WW with me are not as committed to encouraging the diet (and neither am I) as they were in the beginning. I have, however, been working out a lot more, taking a dance class, going to the gym, hiking, swimming, etc. I am only ten or twelve pounds away from my goal. But I need motivation. I hear the last ten pounds is the hardest, but what I definitely do NOT want is for my last ten pounds to turn back into my last twenty pounds because I'm bored with tracking, etc. Any advice?
Thanks a million,

Alli
