Guess I have to introduce myself
I am a 29 y/o lady
I live with my bf and my cat
I don't exercise, I eat too much, I have ADD
I live in Montreal, and my first language in french, so don't be too hard with me if I make mistakes
That's me... right now
The me I really want to be is a healthy person, happy with herself and who achieve goals. Because of my ADD, I tend to let go easily. I am slowly trying to deal with achieving my goals, on a daily basis.
I'm here to read informations, look at goal pictures, it's awesome!
I'm not a diet, to be true I tripple hate diets. I've seen my mother all my life being on a diet and always gaining pounds back, and sometimes in double.
I'm looking for similar experiences. I think I need it to set myself a real goal.
I eat better, portions smaller.
Right now, I weight around 245 lbs
My ultimate goal is 145. It's a day by day thing I guess?
I always been the fat one, I've been overweight since the age of 7.
I never exercised, faked being sick while having sport classes in school.
I don't have kids, do not plan on having any for the next years.
I'm an aspiring Makeup Artist. I want to look and feel good, to have more self confidence in my work.
