Hi everyone!
I am new to this website and I am excited to join this online community. I am hopeful that with the "help" and "support" that I can garner from this site will help me to stick to my weighloss/lifestyle change program.
I was a member of Weight Watchers a few years ago and was a successful member who fell off the wagon pretty much as soon as I stopped attending meetings. I am now living in Asia where everyone and their dog is a stick figure and no Weight Watchers programs in sight. I have recently joined a gym and am hoping to do a little cooking to lose the weight I regained and added after I left my Weight Watchers program.
