Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I haven't started a diet as of today but I am getting motivated to start. I have started walking. Going to try the low carb thing. Any suggestions? I am so happy I found this site.
I am new also - been reading the web site everynight and I have managed to make it since thursday with no major mess ups and the scale has gone down - good luck - I try and see all these people here that have accomplished so much and it inspires me to do it myself!!!
We have a great "Carb Counters" forum here, so Teresa - you may want to check that out! We also have forums for all other sorts of eating plans, as well as by age range, amount to lose, etc. There are a ton of challenges and support groups, too! Just jump on in wherever you get comfortable and keep going!
