Hey everybody!
Hi! I'm Lauren I'm 22 from Dallas TX. I have been on and off Jenny Craig for exactally a year now, and am ready to really get going. I started my weight loss July 07, 2008 at 160.3 got down to 147.2 by Feb. 27, 2009, but now I am back at 159.6. I am wanting to get to 135 eventually.
I just found out I am going to St. Martin in October and want to feel comfortable in a bathingsuit for the first time in years. I don't want to worry about how I look while I'm there.
In the grand scheme of things, I don't have all that much to lose. I'm only looking to lose about 25-30 lbs, but that seems daunting!
My husband isn't much help when it comes to diet and exercize. He is 6' and weighs 155 lbs. I really need some support because I tend to get amped to lose, then it tapers off after a few days. This time I MEAN IT!
I'd love to meet anyone that wants to talk or give/get support. Help me and I'll try my best to help you!
