You can do it ! Check around and see what some of the other guys have done. Check for postings from Botzz....he will inspire you, guaranteed .

Best of luck, I think if you can remind yourself threw out the day of your goals, maybe write something on your hand. Beucase when we eat, it feels good, and we forget about everything while we are and only focus on the food.

I once heard of a woman eating in front of the mirror naked. It helped her not want to eat, so if you are in that mind set while eating something you know you'll feel bad about later, make a habbit of focusing on that it's not good. Then you'll not want to touch those types of foods so often.

Also, if you do fall off the wagon, do not beat yourself up. Feeling bad will not do any good for you. try to not have a time limit, let your body know that it's okay to wiegh less, sometimes our bodies want to hold on to fat as a servival instinct. Just tell yourself it's fine to lose weight, in a healthy manner.

Also it's best to eat carbs before night, and try to eat organic foods. Veggies, meat(not to much of that), and you do need carbs. But eat carbs in the morning, becuase the more you eat the higher your metabolism goes up. It's about eating only when your hungry, and eating smaller portions threw out the day. Drink lots of water, and exercise, but don't over exercise. You should start to feel better and much happier when your systems happy, then when you keep exercising( exercise with cardio and wieghts but change it up from week to week becuase your body gets used to things fast you want to keep it guessing and the weight will come off better).

Also make a not to your self maybe on a calender or somewere were you can see, that you "plan" to go for a walk here, jump rope there...weights here, park with kids-just write down idea's you shouldn't exactly fallow it word for word, all these things should feel second nature if you let it flow, instead of just plan, plan, plan. Drink lots of water, streach. Also, I think breathing is importent, in meditation, it helps the bloodflow, and combined with exercise it should give you better indurence.
Also picture yourself living a long fruitfull life, at a healthy wieght. And focus becuase it CAN and will happen. Learn to love yourself. Your body is the only one you have for now.

Oh and don't bye those diet foods. And don't eat alot of fruit. Just here or there is fine. I know that eating tuna or jsut fish in general is really good for you, with salids. Don't starve yourself. find healthy things that you like and just make a ruff idea of what you'll eat for the week.

Getting a colon cleansing I heard helps you start. There's alot of junk stuck in all of us in there. It will help get the ball rolling. Also, don't eat fruit with protein.
