I am new to this forum and hope to find support and accountability! I finally have a little time to think about my weight- I have been working two jobs seven days a week and am a mom, wife and full-time online college student-and have noticed that I have gained more than I am comfortable with. I know that stress, not exercising, not eating right and did I mention stress are all contributing factors. Suddenly, all of my big clothes are tight-ugh! I am starting a new job in the Fall and am very excited to not have to work two jobs seven days a week, but my job is in a multi-handicapped room at a school and I need to get into shape. I hope to lose 9 lbs. in the next 3 months. Looking forward to meeting new friends
