I've been reading 3FC for months and finally created an account. I'm 42 and working on getting back down to my ideal weight. I'll admit, I haven't been at 100 pounds for years. But I know I can do it.
I'm not on a defined eating plan, nor do I want to be. I'm not so much on a "diet" as that I've changed my eating habits. I added alot more vegetables and fruits and started drinking more water. I also added exercise. If anything needs tweaking right now, I'd have to say that perhaps I need to make an effort to eat a bit more than I currently do. And I'm increasing my exercise efforts gradually. I'm basically happy with the direction my scale and tape measure are going - I just wish they'd move FASTER!
I'm looking forward to getting to know the people on this forum.
