Default I'm new... and looking for a weight loss mentor...
Hello... my name is Suzanne...I am only 23 and I weigh over 300 pounds and for the past several weeks I have been watching what I eat and vigorously walking 3 miles a day. I am looking for someone who has lost a significant amount of weight to help me out. I'm a little confused about a diet plan and I need some guidance in knowing what sorts of excercise to do. Is anyone willing to sort of mentor me since I a beginner to this whole process.

Have you found the 300 lb threads yet? I know that some gals post there even tho' they are not 300 lbs any more.
