Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum. It looks like there are a lot of great people here all looking to support ourselves and each other in our weight loss goals! I'm 237 and trying to get down to 150. Seems like a long, long way to go, especially since after the birth of my twins a year ago the weight is coming off so slowly and I'm always turning to food in my times of being overwhelmed. So good luck to everyone and can't wait to get started!

Hi! I know it seems like a lot now, but you have to start somewhere In a few months you'll look back at yourself and say "Wow, look at how much I have accomplished!" Good luck
