Default New here - hi y'all

I'm in need of some support having just reached my highest weight ever of 200 lbs! The most discouraging thing is that I actually reached and surpassed my goal weight about 3 years ago and then we moved and I've been putting weight on since, 15 pounds or so in the last 1.5 months. I'm battling depression and a have stress fracture that I also have to deal with.

Just bought the biggest loser family cookbook and I'm loving it, getting my eating under control, but exercise is still difficult.

I enjoy reading all your posts and look forward to participating more as I try to reach my goal weight!

Eve

Hi and welcome!

It sounds like you are doing very well, given your situation. Please make yourself at home. We're glad you're here.

Welcome. We have almost identical stories except I am 1 inch taller. Went to my doctor almost 2 months ago and when the nurse took my weight I couldn't believe I had hit 200. That number just scared the heck out of me. I started my "new life" that very day. It's been 6 1/2 weeks and I've lost 18 pounds as of last Friday. So far, I lost 2 inches in my waist, my clothes are fitting better, and I feel better.

Good luck and have faith in yourself. You can do it!

I'm right there with you and Samantha! Just about fell over when the scale said 188! Keep working on it and hand in there!
