I have great news for you. I am fond of food, and I've had several injuries to work around....but you found 3FC! And 3FC is what has gotten me through all of those obstacles, and more.
Do you have a plan you're following? Are you considering strength training as part of your exercise plan?
You may want to check out our "Featherweights" forum, for those who are starting at weights relatively close to goal...it presents some unique challenges and it's nice to be able to talk to those in the same situation.
