Hi ladies!
Just thought i'd post a quick & short intro before jumping into the threads! I'm Carla, a SAHM of 4 kids! I've recently just started on a new healthy lifestyle as I really needed/wanted to lose my extra "baby weight". It's been 5 weeks and i've lost 15lbs so far!

I've done this by using an App on my Ipod Touch called Lose It! along with exercising "most" days of the week! I'd like to lose another 15-20lbs (thinking probably 15lbs) which would put me at 135 at 5'8", which for me i'm comfortable at.. I have a small frame, so I just want to get back to being "me" again.
