Hi ladies! :)
Just thought i'd post a quick & short intro before jumping into the threads! I'm Carla, a SAHM of 4 kids! I've recently just started on a new healthy lifestyle as I really needed/wanted to lose my extra "baby weight". It's been 5 weeks and i've lost 15lbs so far! :carrot: I've done this by using an App on my Ipod Touch called Lose It! along with exercising "most" days of the week! I'd like to lose another 15-20lbs (thinking probably 15lbs) which would put me at 135 at 5'8", which for me i'm comfortable at.. I have a small frame, so I just want to get back to being "me" again. Hope I didn't ramble on too much, thanks for having me! :D |
