Unhappy Falling of the wagon

Hello My name is Mary,

I started working out with Billy Blank about a month ago.
Lost 1 jean size.
I was a size 15/16 i'm now a 13/14.
Last week i completely fell of the wagon. I stop working out and eat pretty bad.
I fell terrible and was wondering if anybody here have some kind of method to stay consistant on working out.

I was trying to work out everymorning, but i'm just not a morning person.
I understand that i have to make my self get up but i just can't.
when i try to work out in the evening, there's always something.
I have to cook for my husband and daughter and take care of my daughters needs for the next day.

It's there anything out there that would make me get up and get on this wagon and stay on it.
Please advise....

Hi Mary! I completely know how you feel. I was a tae-bo addict for quite a while, and love how it makes me feel! Taking a day or two off and forcing yourself back into a schedule of exercise is what I find to be the hardest! You're not the only one being dragged behind the wagon!
I've still yet to force myself back on that horse of working out and sticking to it, but I can say for sure, as many excuses as we give ourselves, that feeling of accomplishment and exhaustion after is well worth the mental battle to actually do it. They say it's easier once you're in a set routine and see results, so don't give up! I'm now making myself earn things that I want, either tv shows, or a desert after dinner, by exercising first. It really does help!

Hi Mary. Welcome to the site. I am not a morning person either. It's really hard for me to wake up earlier then I have too. I know your husband and daughter are important but you need to make time for yourself. You are important too!!
