Frustrated. And more information.
Hello, all. Again.
I posted last night, but I gave only a little information. So, here's more.
First of all, I'm going to steal some ideas that I saw on another post to add to my Daily4. It will now be the Daily6:
5. Eat for the body you WANT, not for the body you HAVE.
6. Exercise for the body you WANT, not for the body you HAVE.
Good ideas, and they make sense.
I also need to know where you all get the little trackers that are so popular on here. They would be MUCH more fun than this:
CW: 153
GW: 135
PTG: 18 (bleh!)
OK, now comes the vent: why is this whole process so hard and frustrating???? I've NEVER had a problem with my weight until about a year and a half ago. And even now, some people say I don't. But I have a problem with it. And I don't know, quite honestly, what to do about it. It seems to me, sometimes, that I shouldn't have a problem at all: I exercise (not as hard as I should apparently), I eat a relatively healthy diet, I NEVER go back for seconds of ANYTHING, and I don't eat whole pints of Haagen Dazs or pizzas or boxes of cookies in one sitting. So, where am I going wrong?
I know that weight is absolutely an input/output equation, but I can't seem to eat the next-to-nothing that some of you do, which is maybe what it takes to lose anything. But, come on, a carrot stick for lunch? I would die, and be really cranky in the process.
So maybe that's it. I just need to change some of my thought processes. But, really, what do you all REALLY do to make this happen? Can I EAT and still lose?
Thanks,
E
