Hey everyone! well, ive been a member for a while now but never introduced myself to the community. I guess i was just lurking around and getting my feel of the forum and everyone in it.
My name is Naomie and im 24 years old. i've been over weight for as long as i can remember but the lbs really started to stack up in High school where my heaviest was 225 in senior year. It got worse after HS where I went as high as 273. I lost 35lbs bringing me down to 238 but i've slowly crept back up these last 5 months and im hovering at 255. Now, im back on the wagon and im watching what i eat again and drinking tons of water, which was a problem before, and exercising 20 mins a day. I would love to go down to 170, i think it would be perfect for me, even though according to doctors im supposed to be 115-20, but i feel like since ive been heavy all my life, my head might look huge if i were to drop down under 150, hehe.
I'm happy to meet everyone and with the support of this forum, im positive that i can stay on track and reach my goals.
