Default Just getting started.
Hi, I'm brand spankin new to MRC. My intro class is Thursday 07.02.09. I am excited and nervous. Looking forward to getting to know all about the program and finding me, under all of this padding. What supplements have worked for some of you, and what flavors/kinds of the food supplements do you recommend. Thanks!

Welcome Shelley! 3FC is such a great place to be!!!! I don't know much about MRC, but we have a lovely forum for MRC people! Also check out the support forum....we have other forums based on age, amount to lose, exercise and more!
