getting back on track
I've been maintaining my weight for the past couple of years, while that's not so much a terrible thing, my goal has been to lose. I worked with a personal trainer at the Y for 3 months (jan to march), lost 10, now have about 5 of it back (am in better shape).
Boy, would I love to get a handle on my weight once and for all, and get rid of these extra pounds. I can eat healthily, and not go crazy, but can't seem to get myself to keep the calories low enough consistently to keep losing the lbs. So, I'm hoping the extra support here, and being more accountable will help.
