I'm new here and am trying to lose 40 lbs. I gained all my weight from 3 past pregnancies and have tried atkins and weight watchers. I'm hoping south beach will work.

Please do read the book before starting the plan, though, as you must understand the fundamentals of how this diet works.

I found my book at the library. There is alot of information avaliable here, too.
I am new to this forum, as well, and have 3 weeks eating clean. The scale is dropping and I feel better, too.
I participate in the daily forum Cottage mentioned. Great ladies and I feel right at home.
