Hi, I found 3FC...looked around and saw things I liked. I'm new at this stuff never really dieted before. Now it seems like I have to or end up having medical problems. My doctor put me on a strict diet. I'm proud to say that I have lost 6 pounds during the detox phase. Not proud because I've been cheating but what can a person can when everything you love to eat is out of the question. So far I have support from my roommate (who has gained 6 lbs...eating everything I'm not) and would like to have support from people are going through the same.

Glad your here. I find my medical issues to be less and less as I weigh less and less.
I've found these forums to be really helpful and I'm meeting new friends every day.
I haven't cheated since I've been here(20 days) but I can tell you what cheating did for me in the past. I weighed 212 last fall and ate all the stuff I loved all winter. I stopped at +20.
The reason I am here today is because I made the decision to get back on plan before I regained everything I lost....so one day at a time I eat healthy and I'm feeling better already.

Hi again...Thank you for all your support. I've lost another 6 pounds. Hopefully I get use to everything but I plan to look around. I've been traveling due to work and haven't really eating that well. I hope that everyone is well and heading toward your goals.
