Here is my obligatory introduction post.
I was here a few years ago and it really helped me to lose weight. The helpful advice and the success stories of others really motivated me. Then my life got busy and I lost focus, and the weight came back.
Then I lost about 50 pounds last year right before getting pregnant, then I gained all of it back while pregnant.
So I am back here for the last time. I am very motivated and I hope my motivation stays for good. This time when the weight comes off, it will stay off.
My plan is simple: Eat healthy (very few packaged foods), walk every day, exercise almost every day, and drink lots of water. All common sense things we should do anyway, but why is it so hard?
