Hello,

I'm Danielle, I've been on & off this site for a few years now, shamefully have never stuck with it. I had to make a new account last year because I couldn't remember my previous one, and it's been so long since I've been here this time I almost had to make a new one again. I love it here though, there is such a wealth of information.

Anyway, I'm almost 23, from Michigan. I've lost 20 pounds since I first started coming on the site a few years ago, I'm down to about 15 pounds to lose. I really need to stick with this site this time, it's good for motivation.

I can't remember, is there a specific spot to post an "ad" or something of the like for motivational buddies or anything? To find a accountability type friend to e-mail/text daily/weekly/etc. Thanks!

I would encourage you to check out the 20 something forum. Lots of support and like-minded individuals there! Post for an accountability buddy and see what happens. There are also lots of accountability threads all over 3fc!

Welcome back, Vertigo! In the "Chicks Up for a Challenge" sub-forum (under Support Groups), there's a "Weight Loss Buddies Challenge" thread. You might check that out. I believe they all hold each other accountable. Good luck!
