I think once I actually introduce myself, I'll feel obligated to keep posting, and in turn, stick to a good plan this time, so here goes.

I've been fat my entire life. Even after I lost 100 lbs and wasn't fat, I still felt fat, so it was easier to become fat again. I actually eat very healthy foods, I just eat too much and work out too little. Way too little.

I'm lucky to be married to a man who thinks I'm sexy now, and thought I was sexy 50 lbs heavier, and 50 lbs lighter. I have 2 dogs that I adore.

My passion in life outside of family is cooking. It calms me down and keeps me focused. I'm a lacto-veg and I think if there was no bread on the planet I'd be skinny. :P

I've been lurking here for months, and have been so inspired by everyone, that I thought I'd officially say hi!

Your post resonated with me because I thought my vegetarian - over-carbed lifestyle was a big part of my problem as well.
I gotta tell you, I DID need to add in more protein and healthy fats. But, portion control was my biggest problem
