Hi and welcome aboard. I don't diet, but I did change the way I ate by calorie counting. I also exercise a lot. That's about it for me. But there are all kinds of ways to drop weight, just take a look around this site and see what may work for you. Good luck!
Welcome Coybug! Another calorie counter here and it does work. The best part is no food is off limits. But you should find a plan that you can live with. There's lots of information in this community. Check it out.
