Hello I'm so happy I found this site, it'll help me so much with my new life style. Eight days ago I started a new weight lost program and so far I've lost 7 pounds!! Two days ago I started to walk 2 miles.It's so hard specially if you weight 213 lbs like me. My mini goal is to be in 200 lb by the end of April.
Let see what happens!!
i too have only been doing my new way of life for 8 or 9 days now and have lost 4 pounds not quite as much as you but im on my way... congrats on the weight loss and i hope you reach the 100's by May.....
