actually i'm tired of the many failures i had in this dieting issue.. i decided to start overnew once again, but just to stay more focused this time!
i REALLY wanna do it, im 20 and i wiegh 185 pounds.. my target goal is 135, but i only need to lose 10 lb as a start..
