hi all...
I'm new to this board, and as my thread title indicates, I'm ready to make some changes that should have been done a long time ago...but better late than never right?
Ok- Im in my mid 20's- around 5 foot 9 inches in height...and drum roll please---------I'm 286 lbs.. and what makes matters even more depressing- this isn't even me at my heaviest (around 293)
I'm just soooooo fed up with my weight issue- That I'm ready to do anything (healthy of course) to make changes.
I found this site today, when looking up some info on the Fat Smash Diet, and said I just have to join.
I hope that I can learn a great deal from all of you--- and hopefully make a smooth transition into a healthier lifestyle.
