I am new to this and could use some encouragement!

Here's my story: I started WW a few years back and weighed in at 196. I got down to 165 then stopped. I stayed within 5 lbs of that weight for a year or so. Then I went back to WW and lost 9 lbs, got discouraged and did atkins. Dropped weight fast, but gained it all back. I didn't want to live off meat and eggs forever. Now I'm doing the Metabolic Research Center. I've been on it for 2 days and I am tired and weak, but they said it will pass after four days. I could use some helpful words and suggestions!
