New, but back again!

  • Hello all!
    I was a member here a few years ago, but I'm back thanks to slipping off the wagon and taking the Depo shot (bad reaction, don't get me started!).
    Anyway, I'm hoping to lose about 44lbs. I know my goal weight is the starting weight for many, but I feel it's a weight I can maintain, feel good at and be more healthy. I might lose more, but for now, let's start small.

    Goal weights are an individual sort of thing, and often moving targets as we go along. on setting a goal that is realistic for you.

    We have a great 300+ club here, for those with starting weights over 300 lbs. We also have groups by age range and eating plan, so look around. You're sure to find something that fits.

    Then just jump in and keep posting. Can't wait to get to know you better!
