New to the message board
I love message boards and hate diets. I'm fat and I would like to lose weight very gradually without changing my lifestyle, I know that's a lot to ask but I'm almost 50 (47) and I spent the first 30 years of my life worrying about my weight, when I wasn't fat.
Now that I am fat I would like to do stuff that contributes to weight loss, I walk and keep moderately active but because I like beer I am cursed, LOL. Why are there so many women who are skinny and still drink beer.
Don't have much to say now but I hope I can get some good advice on this message board.
