Default Hey! New Here!
Hi Everyone!

Glad to see this site!! I've been on the weight loss for awhile now..since May 08. I started at 259.8..not my heaviest...over 280 when I was pregnant with my twins 8 yrs ago I joined Herbal Magic, and it's been a total success so far with 93lbs off and 108 inches off...It's not easy..and now that things are slowing down...it's getting harder "not" to cheat...
I've also been working a wii fit for the last month A lot of fun and a great motivator
I wish you all luck on your weight loss journey!

Welcome to 3FC!! I'm glad you are here! Surf around and settle in. We have forums based on age, eating plan, exercise and more.

Congrats on your loss so far! I know we have several wii fit threads. Also come join us in Maintainers--you don't have to be at goal, you just have to want to NOT regain the weight.
